Novo Nordisk Hemophilia Foundation has approved the Hematology Center's "Promotion of Hemophilia Care in Armenia" second grant program. Novo Nordisk Hemophilia Foundation (NNHF) is a non-profit grant-making organization that aims to increase the level of care provided to patients with hemophilia in Armenia. That program is called:
- equipping the diagnostic laboratory with modern hemostasis test equipment,
- opening hemophilia cabinets in regions
- organization of regional visits
- raising awareness
- training of medical staff
- creating a guide to treating hemophilia
- updating the hemophilia registry
- site creation
All these steps will increase the quality of the diagnosis, the medical care provided, the volume of medicines purchased, as well as the public's attention to the problems of patients with hemophilia.
